I wanted to post this last night, but WordPress wasn’t cooperating with me.  So for Day 145, I will be sharing with you a comparison of the hits from two thick packs and two value packs.  As I finished up my first two posts from yesterday I got the urge to crack some wax, which led to me making an unscheduled card run.  Sorry Patrick Fortin, I bought retail again. Below is my comparison of two different types of 2014 Bowman Baseball packages:

App card. I tried the game out last night and it seems like it would be fun if you are watching a game live. Check it out and you might won some prizes.

As you can see, the hits aren’t near as good as they would have been from a Hobby Box.  I will always recommend Hobby Boxes over Retail Packs or boxes, but sometimes you just need to grab a pack while you are at the store and see what happens.  Overall, I would say the Value Packs were better than the Thick Pack hits.  The Thick Packs were $4.99 and the Value Packs were $9.99.  A Hobby Box will currently run you $82.95 of Steel City Collectibles site.  Don’t forget the Wax Cracker Coupon Code WAXCRACKER5OFF to get $5.00 your purchase.  Stop by Steel City to check out there Memorial Day Sale!
